This maple wine created from our maple syrup required more than 5 years of work in order to arrive at a semi-dry, light, fresh white wine with a perfect citrus-fruit balance offering a generous mouth. which reveals an aroma of green apple, pear while letting express a subtle, but persistent finish of maple.
